Cocktail-Doodle-Do

My second chicken glass drink is Cocktail-Doodle-Do.  As I mentioned in the previous post, I got these two chicken glasses at an antique mall.  I decided that since I had two, I was going to create two drinks and really get the most out of these silly and a bit pricey glasses.  I decided I would go all out with this glass and make a chicken broth martini.  Now stay with me here everything turns out fine.  This isn’t the first broth drink I’ve made- remember the Bulldozer recipe I got from Tabasco?  It was actually quite enjoyable!  Like with The Bulldozer, I figured I’d use vodka for my martini base so it would blend well with the broth.  I also wanted to use a dry vermouth like a traditional martini and opted for something with a little more complex of a flavor than traditional Martini & Rossi.  I also had previously purchased some celery bitters out of curiosity and this was the perfect place to use them.  Sure, this drink is a little bit weird, but aren’t we all?  I’m not gonna lie, I’m really digging it.  And admit it, you’d love to order something called Cocktail-Doodle-Do.
